These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Connection Unlimited website located at https://connection-unlimited.org/  and all services provided by Connection Unlimited. License to Connection Unlimited: By submitting User Content, you grant Connection Unlimited a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such User Content in connection with the operation of the Site and the promotion of Connection Unlimited.

Prohibited Content: You agree not to post, transmit, or otherwise make available any User Content that:

• Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.

• Contains unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, “junk mail,” “spam,” “chain letters,” “pyramid schemes,” or any other form of solicitation.

• Contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.

Monitoring Content: Connection Unlimited reserves the right (but has no obligation) to monitor, review, remove, or edit any User Content for any reason.

• Our Content: All content on the Site, excluding User Content, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Connection Unlimited or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.

• Trademarks: The “Connection Unlimited” name, logo, and other related graphics, logos, service marks, and trade names used on or in connection with the Site are the trademarks of Connection Unlimited and may not be used without prior written permission.
